comments = It is a pleasure to have a company that is so customer friendly. Danny and the guys have not only worked on my wife's Grand Cherokee but have also twice worked on my Corvette. As one can imagine noone is more paticular about their car than a Corvette owner. Southern Collision has always done a superb job and the car always comes back to me cleaner than when I left it. Karrie at the front office has always been more than friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my experience is always positive. The repair job was perfect, but the most pleasant surprise was the cleaning of the inside and outside of the car when I picked it up.  The one suggestion that I would make is to explain the car rental process, as I haven't been in an accident and didn't know that I was actually being taken to Enterprise.  Since I have never been in this situation, I did not know what questions to ask.  But I was very pleased with how you handled everything with the rental process for me
