I have found a great body shop and it's Southern Collision! All work done on
my car was excellent, plus the unexpected cleaning of my car! The rental car
was handled with ease, and the final bill was adjusted, reducing the total, an
error only they would be aware of. It's no wonder this business is listed on
Angie's List! I will recommend you to any one looking for a body shop.

My car was recently hit while parked and I went to Southern Collision on the
recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. Danny and Kerri were
extremely friendly and professional. The staff there did an awesome job, and

Used Danny numerous times - practically have an account with him for my

pleased with their workmanship & customer service. The Owner
accommodated my short notice request and worked with his staff to make
sure my vehicle was delivered on time. Most of important, I was pleased with

I wanted to supply feedback for the service provided to me, in the repair of
my 2006 Honda Accord. I am very pleased on many counts:
1. Service: I got an appointment for the day following my initial phone call
2. Scope: You made the required repairs, strictly according to the insurance
estimate of record, without adding anything unnecessary to the repair job
3. Schedule: The work was done in even less time than originally estimated
4. Cost: the cost was exactly in line with the insurance estimate, and you
made it easy for me to pay (signing the insurance check that was made out to
me, payable to you) - you saved me a trip to the bank
5. Service extras: the car was delivered back to me in sparkling clean
condition!
6. Another extra: you saved me a trip back to Enterprise to deliver the rental
car; instead you kept the car safely at your location overnight, until they could
retrieve it.
What else could improve on this? You did a great job!! I hope I never
need to bring my car in for body work again!! But if I do, you will be
the place I call.

I'll keep this brief for those that may read, do not get lost or bored in my
message. I have had body work on vehicles and many different places. Today,
there is only one place I will ever trust with my vehicle!!!
Southern Collision prides them self on quality and they deliver better than
expected. Three words: Great Work; Honesty! That is the definition of this
company! I can save you the time of shopping around. You can call me at

Danny and Karrie were wonderful. Prompt with an estimate, parts order,
recommended parts to us... and an appointment that suits my schedule. They
handled the related car rental nicely, which was not smooth (due to Enterprise being
late in picking me up). The repairs were beautiful, and the car looked better than new
from the nice washing they provided. They stuck with the time and price quotes, and
were gracious besides. I would not consider going elsewhere for my body repairs!

receiving a very accurate and competitive quote, i received outstanding customer
service before I even gave them a commitment. They followed up with a letter and a
phone call (more than i got from either of the other body shops ). The assistance I
received from Chet was outstanding. He helped me with my insurance situation and
obtaining a rental car. The work was completed on time as promised. When I picked
up our van, they had gone the extra mile to wash it. I don't think i have ever seen it
that clean. I am very pleased with the service I received. This is one place I
recommend to anyone needing auto body repair. Thanks Southern Collision for an
outstanding job!
